Conference Program

TIB Conference Proceedings Volume 1

SOLMAT Special Issue "SiliconPV 2023".

In 2023, about 270 participants from 27 countries joined the 13th SiliconPV conference and nPV Workshop in Delft, the Netherlands, in person or online. The hybrid format made it possible to welcome speakers and attendees who were not able to travel to Delft. Against the backdrop of the charming city of Delft, 200 onsite attendees enjoyed meeting colleagues and friends and took the chance to further and exchange knowledge during conference sessions and side events. The insight-driven technical tour and Get-Together at The Green Village was a special highlight at this event.

SiliconPV 2022

12th International Conference on Silicon Photovoltaics

March 28 - April 1, 2022; Konstanz, Germany

Hosted by: University of Konstanz and ISC Konstanz

Conference Program

Conference Proceedings, AIP Volume 2826

Best 20 papers are published in SOLMAT Special Issue "SiliconPV 2022"

Silicon PV experts from all around the world attended the hybrid conference and attended either in Konstanz, Germany, or online for one full week: SiliconPV focused on all aspects of cristalline PV, the nPV workshop was dedicated to n-type wafer, solar cells and module technologies, and the bifiPV workshop presented invited talks on bificial applications. Next to many outstanding presentations, the program included a virtual technical tour, the legendary conference dinner and a 1TW party to celebrate 1TWp installed solar power.

SiliconPV 2021

11th International Conference on Silicon Photovoltaics

April 19-23, 2021, online event

Hosted by: ISFH

Conference Program

Conference Proceedings, AIP, Volume 2487

The 2021 conference proceedings may also be purchased as a printed book (ISBN: 978-0-7354-4362-4).

The SiliconPV 2021 best 20 papers are published in Elsevier’s peer reviewed journal SOLMAT in the special issue "SiliconPV 2021"

Due to the pandemic, SiliconPV 2021 could only be held online. Nevertheless we had a wonderful conference with many inspiring oral and poster presentations and a virtual technical tour. Besides the (as always) outstanding scientific program, attendees loved the many possibilites to meet and talk in a speed dating event, morning meetings, and a pub quiz. Students and young scientists enjoyed the board game evening.

SiliconPV 2020

10th International Conference on Silicon Photovoltaics

SiliconPV 2020 unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the increasing global spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus.

The authors of the best contributions were asked to record their presentation. Please find the videos here.

Conference Proceedings published in ELSEVIER's Energy Procedia

The SiliconPV conference series was founded in 2011. Our aim was to combine an outstanding high-class scientific program – based on a blind review process – with a communicative conference atmosphere, where welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner are all included in the registration fee. Hosted by the Fraunhofer Institute of Solar Energy Systems ISE in Freiburg, the first SiliconPV conference was a huge success, with more than 550 participants from 21 countries.
